Test (A)

(A)1:20 aqueous solution gives positive tests for Aluminum, for Ammonium, and for Sulfate
3 Solubility One gram dissolves in 7 mL of water at 25° and in about 0.3 mL of boiling water. Its solutions are acid to litmus. It is insoluble in alcohol, and is freely, but slowly, soluble in glycerin.
4 Alkalies and Alkaline Earths Passes test.
5 Fluoride Not more than 0.003%.
6 Lead Not more than 3 mg/kg.
7 Selenium Not more than 0.003%.
8 Assay Not less than 99.5% and not more than 100.5% of AlNH4(SO4)2.12H2O

MOLALUM® NH4 is packed in HDPE Bag or HDPE Drum Packing with double PE Liners inside having bar-coded label and tamper evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 5 years. Store in well-closed containers.
